Gracie continues to do well and seems very happy. Over the past month, her appetite has really improved as she often finishes all of the food that I give her. (Her wet food, not her dry. She continues to eat that in moderation). She also isn’t as much of a “scaredy cat.” When she is sitting next to me and I have to get up, she doesn’t run away as much when I sit back down, which she used to always do. She often just curls up next to me in a ball and sleeps. I’m just glad she feels safe with me. On one hand, I would love to give her original humans a piece of my mind, but at the same time, I’m so happy I can be her human and give her a nice retirement!!
Still no progress on getting her climb on a couch or on the bed. She still sleeps next to me most of the night. I have gotten her to climb a little on my belly when she gets her string cheese, so that is some progress.
Back to watching Gracie nap now!!!
